The third movie of the Evil Bong franchise, Charles Band's Evil Bong 3D is the only film by Full Moon Features to ever be released to a theater. Does that mean it stands (blog) up well above the rest of Band's (blog) movies? No.. but perhaps what it holds can surprise us.
